Our Practice Management Team


We are a caring, friendly and approachable team committed to delivering excellent customer and patient care. All staff members are fully trained in their roles and undergo regular CPD (continued professional development) to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.

Meet our Management Team

Kathryn RVN

Practice Manager / Director

Kath qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1997, and has covered many nursing roles all across the UK before taking on the role as Practice manager in 2001.

Kath is responsible for all aspects of business management and is very proud of how the practice and team have developed over the years.

Outside of work, Kath enjoys walking in the Lake District, baking (which the team often benefit from) and is a keen rugby fan.


Cassie RVN DipAVN Cert (PM&A)

Clinical Care Manager

Cassie qualified as a Veterinary Nurse from Rodbaston College in 2009, and whilst working in a large mixed practice, completed her advanced Diploma in Veterinary Nursing with Harper Adams University in 2014.

Cassie also holds a Certificate in Practice Management and Administration, which is very beneficial as Clinical Care Manager. Her role is to support the clinical team and ensure that we deliver the highest standards of care to our clients and patients.

Cassie is interested in all aspect of nursing but especially enjoys nurse clinics and has previously been nominated for Pet Health Councillor of the year. Outside of work Cassie enjoys spending time with friends, family and her lovely little Jack Russell, CJ.


Danielle AVR

Reception Manager

Danielle started working with us in 2011 as a receptionist. She passed her Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) exams with distinction and was later promoted to Reception Manager in 2017.

Danielle oversees the day to day running of reception, trains new staff members and also manages the insurance claims at the practice. She was awarded Gold Level Accreditation by the British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA) in 2024.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys reading dystopian and travel books and looking after her cat Emily, and her rabbits Lottie and Rufus.
